I’m Shirley Adams, founder and owner of Precious Preparations. I serve tax preparation clients through Precious Payments. Precious Preparations LLC supports tax professionals and future preparers through software, service bureau support, tax school, and mentorship.

My tax preparation business, Precious Payments, was built one client relationship at a time. From serving roughly 300 clients in the first season to supporting more than 1,000 clients in recent seasons, every stage of growth has reinforced the same belief: people deserve tax support that is both knowledgeable and personal.
With roots in Ohio and a growing virtual presence from Texas, Shirley continues to serve taxpayers while sharing the systems, lessons and practical guidance she has gained with other tax professionals and future preparers.
